What Is A Wellspring Council?
Wellspring Councils are communities of Christian business leaders made up of current or past CEO’s, Founders, co-Founders, Business Owners, and co-Owners who share a desire to build sustainable organizations, support their direct reports and team members with a servant's heart, and measure success by the outcomes and impact they create in addition to healthy cash flow and profits.
Wellspring members come together every month to solve complex challenges for their organizations, develop themselves as leaders, and tap into fresh perspectives that are objective and grounded in the shared values of a common faith.

Meet The Wellspring Chair
Every Wellspring Council is facilitated by a Council Chair whose primary objective is to serve their members and help them leverage the program's faith formation resources, executive education content, collective wisdom, and coaching support to provide clear and compelling value. In addition to facilitating monthly council meetings, Wellspring Chairs serve as coaches, consultants, trusted advisors, and confidantes to their members who are committed to preserving the sacred space created by the relationships that form within the program.
